Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates and the corresponding metro stop. we did have to navigate some construction on the way to the mall, as the sidewalks were still being built. the pub downstairs had a nice ambiance, except on Tuesday nights when they held karaoke, which isn't really our thing. we were impressed with our experience at Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha.
